Profit Sharing: At EMS we believe in our employees so much that we offer 100% of our employees profit sharing. That's right, every single employee gets a percentage of the company's profit! We believe that the only way we can be successful is if we all do it together.

Non-Profit Contributions: Not only is EMS dedicated to our employees, we are dedicated to our community. Therefore, EMS has committed to donating 10% profit to one of our communities non-profits.

 

Employee Wellness: At EMS we believe in prevention both on the worksite and at home. Therefore, we offer our employees the opportunity to stay healthy and active with our science-based Employee Wellness Program.
